PAYMENT POLICIES

Testing / Assessment Fees
Each Academic Program child will be given a diagnostic test to find the level of their ability in each subject. The test will diagnose the student's academic
level (the grade level the student is in may not reflect the work he/she is capable of doing). Students work in five core subjects--
English, math, science, social studies, and word building and may be advanced in one subject and below in another. Testing will also
give direction to teachers in assisting each student. Testing fees are per student and are payable at the time of testing. Testing fees
are non-refundable.

Registration Fees
Registration is open to everyone beginning in March for the following school year. Registration is accepted year-round. Registration fees are per family unless otherwise stated. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees
OCHA offers a variety of options in paying tuition fees; payments may be made annually, semi-annually, or monthly. Tuition fees are
established each year by the administration. Tuition fees are non-refundable.

Curriculum/Book Fees
Academic Program students requiring curriculum or books are assigned fees for curriculum/books; these fees must be paid at the time of registration. The fee is established in March prior to the following school year. Curriculum and Book fees are non-refundable.

Before and After-school Care
OCE offers before and after-school care for elementary students from 6:30 a.m. to the approved drop off time and from the approved pick up time until 6 p.m. -- we do not offer before-or after-school care for students age 12 and above. Before and after-school care is provided as a separate entity and requires separate payment arrangements than OCHA tuition. Students enrolled in OCHA's Academic Program may be dropped off Monday-Friday as early as 8:00 a.m. (class starts at 8:30) and must be picked up by 3:45 (class lets out at 3:30). Students enrolled in the Enrichment Program can be dropped off at 8:45 a.m. (enrichment classes start at 9) and must be picked up by 3:15 (enrichment classes let out at 3).

If your student is need before/after-school care, please speak with the Homeschool Coordinator to make arrangements with the daycare Director. Students not picked up on time or sent to school too early will be sent to the office and parents will be assessed an additional fee for childcare. Parents and students abusing the daycare risk expulsion from the school.

Any student found in the building before or after school, unless it is an authorized activity, will be subject to disciplinary action and sent to the office. Parents will be charged for each occurrence. Students attending the before or after-school care program must be signed in no earlier than 6:30 a.m. Students are not allowed to roam the halls or be in a classroom before or after school without permission. No student is to be unattended in the school or parking lot before or after school hours.

Re-enrollment
Each spring re-enrollment for the fall term for currently-enrolled students is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Re-enrollment acceptance is dependent upon the previous year’s behavior, academic performance, and attendance. Students are not entitled to re-enrollment acceptance and applications will be approved at the sole discretion of the administration.

Outstanding Balance
Families who fail to meet their financial obligations are a hindrance to the school. If, for any reason, tuition or fees are not paid, we
reserve the right to withhold progress reports, transcripts, and student awards until such obligations are met. This includes the
returning of sport uniforms, payment of athletic fees, testing/assessment fees, curriculum/book fees, before and after-school care, etc.

Withdrawal Policy
Notice—Students may be withdrawn for any reason upon a 30-day written notice. Likewise, the school has the right, for any reason, to
ask the student to withdraw without notice. This provision is separate and apart from suspension or expulsion under the school’s discipline policies.

Tuition Refund
I acknowledge that I must give a 30-day written notification to a school administrator prior to withdrawing my child from the school. If
such notice is duly given, pre-paid tuition will be prorated beginning with the next calendar month following the completion of the 30-day
notice period (ex. if notice is provided September 15th, tuition will be assessed through the end of October). Absent such notification,
tuition will continue to be assessed. In addition, families who withdraw early and have paid tuition in full or semesterly will forfeit any
and all early payment discounts. Refunds apply to prepaid tuition only and not to any fees or other expenses paid by the parent. All
other fees are nonrefundable.

Donations and Gifts
OCHA is a non-profit corporation operating on faith. Tuition is kept as low as possible to make Christian education available to those
who otherwise could not afford private schooling but desire a Christ-centered home education. Because tuition does not cover operating
costs, additional funds are needed to meet regular operating expenses. Since this school is not a business but a ministry, we ask all
those who share this vision of Christian education to supply the lack. Cash gifts or gifts of real property are tax-deductible.

Student Referral Program
Parents who help, encourage, and pray for other families to enroll their children in OCHA will be given a special tuition credit of $100.00
for each family they help to enroll in the school. This is a one-time tuition credit given for each new family regardless of when they enroll.
This plan is not retroactive and applies to new families. This is a family-oriented school, and we want to help with tuition any way we
can. Instead of spending money in advertising, we can make this money available to those families who can use the financial
assistance in helping with their own student's tuition. New families should list the referring family on their application to ensure proper
credit is given.

I agree to these payment poliices and financial obligations for any and all programs and events my child participates in at Outreach Christian Education and Homeschool Academy.
